Your XL Environmental
Print has the power to inform, inspire and connect.
By choosing lower-impact production methods, you can reduce the environmental footprint of your communications without compromising on quality.
Your Impact...
At Seacourt XL, we believe great print should deliver exceptional results with the lowest possible environmental impact.
That's why every project is produced using 100% renewable electricity, carefully selected materials and processes designed to minimise waste and maximise recyclability.
Unlike many large format printers, we measure the carbon impact of every job we produce and take responsibility for those emissions including delivery to you and end of life.
All produced using 100% Renewable energy
We use PVC-free, options and all materials are sources responsibly
End-of-life recycling support.
ZERO production waste to landfill
measured on every project
through verified climate projects
Seacourt XL invests in independently verified emissions reduction projects equivalent to 105% of the measured emissions associated with your project. This ensures that we take responsibility for all emissions generated—and go a bit beyond that.
1
We calculate the weight of every key material used in your project, including substrates, inks and finishing components.
2
Each material is assigned a carbon emissions factor using the latest UK Government greenhouse gas conversion factors and supplier-specific data where available.
3
We calculate the emissions associated with recycling these materials.
If you are unable to recycle your graphics after use, please contact us and we can help.
4
We include the impact of delivering your project to you.
5
All other costs including energy, waste, overheads and inbound shipping etc.
6
These elements are combined to calculate the total carbon footprint of your project.
7
Seacourt XL funds independently verified emissions reduction projects to offset 105% of your project's measured footprint.
Large format printing currently lacks a widely adopted industry-wide carbon benchmark. Rather than relying on assumptions or generic comparisons, Seacourt XL focuses on transparently measuring, reducing and taking responsibility for the emissions associated with every project.
All calculations are estimates based on the latest available data and using the UN GHG Protocol.
